Meals are available to homebound seniors and individuals in the Venice area who are unable to prepare their own meals due to age, illness, or disability. If you or a loved one needs nutritious meal delivery, we encourage you to apply online or call our office to discuss eligibility.
We deliver meals 6 days a week, 52 weeks a year — including holidays. Each delivery brings a nutritious, balanced meal right to your door, along with a friendly wellness check from one of our dedicated volunteers.
We primarily serve Venice, Florida and the surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether your address falls within our service area, please call our office at (941) 488-3750 during office hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM, Monday through Saturday) and we'll be happy to help.
Venice Area Mobile Meals is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, all-volunteer organization. We strive to ensure no one goes without meals due to financial hardship. Please contact us to discuss your situation — our goal is to serve our community regardless of financial circumstances.
Applying is simple. You can fill out our online application at vammi.org/get-meals, or call our office at (941) 488-3750 between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, Monday through Saturday, and a team member will assist you through the process.

Yes. Venice Area Mobile Meals, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, community-driven, all-volunteer organization. Every dollar donated and every hour volunteered goes directly toward serving homebound neighbors in the Venice, Florida area.
